The cottage consists of the Main Building, the garden, the terrace and two patios with separate independent housekeepers rooms sitting on 750sq yards of land, just 15 km from the Dalhousie city centre. The cottage has oversized windows everywhere which bring you closer to the natural beauty surrounding the cottage. The property has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a kitchen and one pool table room. A trained housekeeper and professional cook are available at the property to assist you.

How to reach Smart Hill Kalatop
The Smart Hill is at Kalatop, located inside Kalatop Forest Area. It is a 2-hour drive from Pathankot railway station and bus stand. 2 and half hour drive from Dharamshala Bus Stand and Kangra Airport. Welcome to Gateway of Chamba valley, it's easy to visit all places of Chamba district from here easily, you can choose Taxi services or Bus Transport services to reach destinations.

Summers in Dalhousie have a maximum temperature of ~30°C and a minimum of ~20°C/, while winters have a maximum of ~18°C and a minimum of ~3°C. During the monsoons month of, Dalhousie experiences medium to high rainfall each day.

We provide our guests with towels, basic toiletry and slippers in our room. Please bring sports shoes if you wish to go for a hike or trekking. Also if you plan to visit Sach Pass bring light winter clothes with you as their temperate reaches below 5°C very quickly even in summer times. From October to March keep woollen clothes and jackets with you and for monsoon months do not forget to bring your own umbrella.
